Whooooooaaaaaa I can not gush enough about this session! It was the perfect storm of an amazing model and an incredible brand-new studio! Meliann is an incredible local model in Tampa FL. She hired me for photographs that would show off her gorgeous self and her beautiful tattoo pieces. She’s submitting them to INKed Magazine! So fingers and toes crossed she gets featured! Her sultry make up was done by MAC before we headed up to Ocoee to the gorgeous Studio Adorn, owned by a good friend and fellow photog extraordinaire Sivan of Sivan Photography.  I had the supreme pleasure of being the first to rent the space today. She and her husband have thought of everything! I shot for 3 hours and felt like I could go for 3 more. We used practically every inch of the space, which there is a ton of. The room is laid out perfectly with specific areas thoughtfully laid out for hair and make up prep, changing, and areas for different styles of backdrop and or props. There are so many options to customize each area as well. There is different bedding, changeable walls, a sweep of white paper, and all the furniture is already on wheels with pads to slide over the gorgeous wood floor. The opportunity for great photos is endless. No matter what style I was playing with I had everything I needed. I mean the taste in the furniture and décor alone was beautiful and really had a great high end feel. My model was SO impressed and had just as much fun as I did running around exploiting every opportunity. The utility and beauty of the space is unlike anything I have seen before. And did I mention she has a mini fridge, an iMac, a Bluetooth speaker, and you can even control the room temp!? Like I said, they’ve thought of everything. Plus the icing on the cake is that Sivan is incredible sweet, genuine, and understanding. She was promptly on time to let us in and more than happy to extend our 2 hour session to 3. The studio is ideal for all kinds of shoots too! I could see myself shooting maternity, newborn, and head shots here.
