Day 1 of Amanda and Anand’s wedding celebrations was MIND BLOWING!! I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to be capturing their Hindu ceremony!! THE COLORS! THE ENERGY! It was incredible!

Amanda was absolutely stunning in her red and gold and the exciting groom’s parade, or Barat was the coolest thing ever! He rocked up to the gardens in a rad vintage ride totally decked out with beautiful carnations! 

The ceremony itself was set in the wedding lawn with the perfect amount of sunset light coming through the enormous palms. They performed each sacred moment under a beautiful swath of coral fabric with even more flowers and carnations. I loved how the ceremony incorporated both Christina and Hindu cultures and emphasized that everything is ONE, we are all ONE. Yep I was crying and smiling. And I chimed in on the chants. Namaste!

After their amazing ceremony I was giddy to photograph these two in the gardens!! And the dinner that followed was not only incredibly delicious but we were also treated to a dance off between the bridesmaids and groomsmen! 

I had truly hoped to also post the highlights of Day 2 but I am literally running off to catch a plane to South America! I hope this will tide you over while I am away! Congratulations again to Dr. & Mrs. Parekh!!
