Monique & Davante’ had an incredible June wedding at one of the coolest venues in St Pete. Nova 535 is a really cool and independent industrial space with plenty of brick, wrought iron, Edison bulbs, and even a gorgeous outdoor patio surrounded by bamboo. The day began is a flurry of activity as bride and groom got ready in suites opposite one another. As Monique had her INCREDIBLE Hollywood waves perfected Davante’ was getting all the hype with his amazing crew of friends and team mates.

Their stunning candlelit ceremony in the cool AC (YAS) was a bit delayed due to said amazing bridal hair style 😉 but it was soooo worth the wait and Davante’ definitely shed some tears. There were so many happy tears during their beautiful ceremony and as soon as they jumped the broom to come up the aisle the party got started! Pure joy folks. We grabbed family photos out front before hoping the Jolly Trolley to head to Beach Dr for bridal party and romantic formals.

Props to this amazing and HOT bridal party! They hustled on and off the trolley and listened so well to may direction while also keeping up all the energy and love. We were able to recoup our time and make some amazing portraits! THANK YOU! We ran back to NOVA and kicked it off to the reception asap!

One of my favorite parts of Nova as a venue is the drama you can get during the first and parent dances. I love the spotlight on the dancers with the bricks and all of their smiling guests around them. I also loved their amazing feasting head table! The toasts from Monique’s twin sister triggered more tears and the guys got a ton of laughs and were so heartfelt. Good toasts are so powerful and memorable, they nailed it. Before my coverage was up we cut their so unique cake pop cake! Peep the adorable custom bobble head topper too! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Gardner! And happy first anniversary!!!
