Haley & Sean are married!
These golden doodle lovers tied the knot in style in the father of the brides backyard on Snell Island. The theme was black and white with SKULLS! How cool is that?! Haley tastefully combined two separates from designer Martina Liana to create her dream wedding dress. It was perfectly simple, feminine, and effortless. To kick up the edge she wore amazing student Valentino flats! YES! Black was the perfect choice for all of her brides babes and the florals were killer with her unconventional color palette. She had white copies, greenery, dark magenta ranunculus, and the darkest lilies I’ve ever seen. While the girls took over the second floor of Dad’s house the boys weren’t too far away getting into their tuxes and goofing off.
Sean and his dudes exchanged gifts and came up with a lot of “ideas” for their group photos. Some more questionable than others (i.e. not pictured here) but my second shooter Stacy rolled with it and got some amazing shots! When it was finally time to line up for the ceremony their fur babies were right up front and ready!
Haley had a vision of timing her ceremony right to the sunset and it really put myself and the videographers through our paces! Luckily the right cooperated and we were able to get some amazing shots of their I do’s plus some formal portraits before we lost the sun entirely. The pups were center stage as all of their friends and family gathered round the pool to bear witness. So cool!
This group was ready to get to the party once that sun went down and I cannot blame them! We were all blown away by the amazing ballroom! They had the coolest furniture pieces and their skull theme was perfectly done! They had so many fun things for the guests to enjoy and created a perfect lounge vibe with mostly cocktail tables. There was a photo booth, a yummy buffet, a gelato cart, and a hoping open bar! My favorite part of the night was when they broke out the light up bats! These are always a hit and really get people dancing! Plus I love the effect when I drag my shutter.
Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. McRobert! And thank you to the amazing vendor team that rocked this entire day!
