What stands out most in my mind from this day was a phone call between the bride and groom just before the white dress went on. The forecast for the day was dismal. Wind and rain threatened all day. But their vision was of a wide open reception under the sky and market lights…not the plan B ballroom. The time to make the call came and went a few times and everyone had their own opinion. Ben called Ann, and he said, you know what, let’s risk it. We have dreamed of what we want, and you know what if taking a risk together on our wedding day is what we do then lets do it, together. Cue tears!

My favorite part of the reception has to be the toasts! The MOH had everyone laughing with her awesome speech highlighting how wonderfully dorky she and Delisa had been growing up in London in the 90’s. And Josh’s big brother brought everyone to tears with his sincere and heart melting toast. Perfection. 

This Carlouel Yacht Club wedding was full of elegant details in the super popular blush and gold color palette! These two got ready in style at the posh Sand Pearl Resort with their super fun entourages! Luckily Tiffany wanted to actually get into her dress at the stunning club, I mean that picture window is perfect right!? I loved Tiffany’s long veil… even though the beach wind got the better of it while heading down the aisle! This day was full of smiles regardless, and this close-knit family will have one strong marriage, you can just tell with these two!

Oh my FUN!! Sam and Alex are vivacious, witty, and just a blast to be around. Their wedding at the South Florida Museum Wedding in Bradenton was simply charming. The courtyard setting was so nice to shoot in, almost felt like we were in the streets of Italy or something! Highlights of the day: that amazing blush dress, toms for ultimate dancing abilities even with a sprained ankle, and those amazing sparkly bridesmaid dresses!
